Dressing Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp EatSpice Turmeric
  • 1/4 cup peanut oil 
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 tbsp soy sesame oil
  • 2 carrots (grated)
  • Fresh ginger
  • EatSpice Pink Salt and EatSpice Black Pepper (to taste)


  • Combine: combine salad ingredients.
  • Mix dressing in a blender or food processor (add water for thinning).
  • Top with quinoa and dress to desired amount.
