"Cinnamon Roll" Morning Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1/2 teaspoon EatSpice cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon raw honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • OR 1 handful nuts of choice (we recommend almonds)
  • 1 scoop protein powder, optional
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed, optional
  • Pinch of EatSpice Pink Salt

Directions:

  • Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
